Bruce Rowley was arrested last week in Ansonia, CT after cops say he confessed to robbing a bank and then driving to Taylor Swifts house and throwing a portion of the money that he stole over her fence. His intention was to win her over according to a police report obtained by TMZ.

According to reports, Rowley allegedly entered the bank and demanded money from a bank teller. Its said that Rowley did not show a weapon or make any threats.  The teller cooperated and turned over an undetermined amount of cash to Rowley.

Cops say  spotted Rowley by state troopers in Rhode Island. Rowley then led the police on a chase back to Connecticut. Rowley told police officials that he tried contacting Taylor Swift, but said she wasn’t home. Cops are investigating whether he went to Swift’s house.

Rowley has been pocessed for second degree robbery  and fourth degree larceny. He’s being held on bail.
