(GEMS RADIO)—Lil Uzi Vert just celebrated a milestone. His single “XO Tour Llif3” was just certified diamond by the music industry. That means it sold over 10 million copies.

The Philly rapper rejoiced on Instagram. He showed off three chains around his neck and owed it to Roc Nation’s management team, the management team behind his success.

The song was released in February 2017. It rose to number seven on the Billboard Hot 100. DJ Drama spoke on Lil Uzi. Uzi is currently signed to his label Generation Now.

He says, “Uzi was on tour overseas with The Weeknd and he lost his phone and it had some music in it.” he began. “We were fearful it was gonna leak out. So he put out a three-pack of three records on SoundCloud – one of them being ‘XO Tour Llif3.’ The reason for the song being called ‘XO Tour Llif3’ was because he was on tour with The Weeknd at the time. The record just started taking off and moving and moving and moving in real time. We just watched it go from a leaked record to the biggest record on the planet.”
