Lil Wayne’s New Album Has Unsuccessful Debut

(GEMS RADIO)—-Lil Wayne debuted his new album Tha Carter VI with lackluster sales. The album had dismal reviews and fans were not pleased with it either. Streams were down with this project. Possibly the only highlight was a guest appearance by Bono on “The Days” where Wayne addresses his age and the fact that he is not a hoot commodity anymore. No features from the former Young Money Camp either.

Eminem Sues Meta for a Staggering Amount

(GEMS RADIO)——Eminem is suing Meta $109 million for violating copyright for over 200 of his songs. Meta and its properties including Instagram and Facebook is said to use the “unauthorized storage, reproduction and exploitation” of the tracks on their platforms. The 8 mile rapper requested 150,000 for each song, which totals the above $109 million amount. Meta has yet to respond.
