(GEMS RADIO)—Bad Boy and So So Def Records will be going up against each other in the next Verzuz battle.

Both hip hop labels, Bad Boy, which belongs to Puff Daddy, and So So Def, which belongs Jermaine Dupri, will see their respective record labels go head to head.

“I’m saying this to let y’all know the So So Def Bad Boy Verzuz is happening,” Jermaine Dupri said in front of the ONE Musicfest in Atlanta, Georgia, over the weekend.

“When we get into the 2001, 2002, 2003 era of So So Def, I don’t know that Bad Boy was even in existence… I never seen a Bad Boy record No. 1 on 106 & Park,” says Dupri.

“Since we ain’t f*cking with Verzuz no more since ’cause they f*cking around with our boys, we don’t need to be going against each other,” Diddy said. “Let’s come together and do that Bad Boy, So So Def in Atlanta. It ain’t no Verzuz, it’s just hit for hit,” Diddy says.
