(GEMS RADIO)——Clipse has unveiled a snippet of one of their new songs “Chains & Whips” featuring Kendrick Lamar. The song will be featured on their upcoming long awaited reunion album called Let God Sort ‘Em Out.
On the song Kendrick Lamar rhymes, “Let’s be clear, Hip Hop died again / Half of my profits may go to Rakim / How many Judases done let me down? / But fuck it, the West mine’s, we right now.”
Clipse was dropped by Def Jam Records due to Kendrick’s verse but they ended up finding g a home on Roc Nation anyhow.
Let God Sort Em Out is dropping July 11.
(GEMS RADIO)——JAY-Z made a surprise appearance and performance at Beyoncé’s Paris Cowboy Carter show. They performed “Crazy in Love”, “Drunk in Love”, “Partition”, before closing off with “N*ggas in Paris”. The crowd was riveted when he performed the latter. JAY-Z helped to close out her three night run in Paris. The two haven’t performed together since 2018.
