(GEMS RADIO)—Kanye West. Hate him or love him. Some, well many love his music. Others hate him for his antics. Call him a musical genius, but Apple Music and iTunes have taken his music off the streaming platform. Music distribution company FUGA told Billboard Thursday it was working to remove Vultures 1 from its systems because a longstanding FUGA client released the album through the platform’s automated processes, which violates the service agreement.

The album, featuring Ty Dolla $ign, samples two songs off the new joint album that were not cleared for use. Ozzy Osborne said West used “Iron Man” without his permission. Likewise, Donna Summer’s estate accused the rapper of copyright infringement by sampling her 1977 song, “I Feel Love”. The album may disappear from other streaming platforms as well.
