(GEMS RADIO)—Salt-N-Pepa, the most iconic female rappers of the past thirty years are about to get another big achievement under their belt—the star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

“We are honored and excited,” they stated on Instagram earlier this week. The star will be near Amoeba Music.

MC Lyte and Roxanne Chante will be emceeing the event.

The duo helped to break down doors for female rappers back in the eighties and early nineties.
