(GEMS RADIO)---Russell Simmons have been accused of rape again from another Def Jam former hire. The victim alleges that he stopped her from climbing the ladder at the label as well. The woman worked for Simmons as an executive and video producer. The lawsuit claims that the relationship turned violent as well. The victim is seeking money from the trial.
