Rapper Drake broke his silence about the Astroworld tragedy. He was the surprise performer at Travis Scott’s festival.

Both rappers continued the concert even after the deadly surge occurred.

Drake put to Instagram: “I’ve spent the past few days trying to wrap my head around this devastating tragedy… My heart is broken for the families and friends of those who lost their lives and for anyone who is suffering. I will continue to pray for all of them, and will be of service in any way I can. May God be with you all.”

Scott wants to cover the funeral costs for the eight victims and will reportedly also give full refunds to all attendees.
