Nicki Announces The Release Date Of Her Fifth Album

Later in 2023, after a string of one-off songs since 2018’s Queen, Nicki Minaj will ultimately deliver what her Barbz have been waiting for.

She revealed “10/20/23 The Album” in a well-liked tweet that has amassed over 100k likes.

Nicki’s Recent Work

Eminem, Foxy Brown, Future, and other artists appeared on Queen, which debuted in August 2018. It debuted with 185,000 album-equivalent units in its first week at No. 2 on the Billboard 200.

The platinum-selling one-off song “Megatron” by Nicki Minaj was released in 2019, and it was followed by the unparalleled “Super Freaky Girl” and “Do We Have A Problem” in 2022. A few high-profile collaborations have also been released by her, like as the current number-one single “Princess Diana” with Ice Spice, which made Nicki Minaj the rapper with the most No. 1 hits on the Billboard Digital Song Sales chart.

Nicki Promises To “Raise The Bar To New & Unachievable Heights.”

In March 2023, Nicki Minaj released the teaser track “Red Ruby” as a warm-up before launching her album. With her upcoming album and tour, she later declared that this will be her best year yet, promising to “raise the bar to new & unachievable heights.”

During a Twitter conversation with her Barbz, the rapper recently said that the work, tentatively dubbed NM5, will be the “best thing that comes out of 2023” and that people will praise it for being “genius.”

She Warns Some Fans

Over the weekend, she also cautioned those Barbz for allegedly making her Twitter experience slightly more x-rated than intended.

“Barbz, why is there yet another penis on my TL?” she tweeted on Sunday. “Lucky I’m in a good mood. You all know that typically results in an automatic flag on the play and an immediate unfollow. You all got 5 mins ? since y’all wanna be fast in the pants.”
