(GEMS RADIO)—Q-Tip is getting excited again.

The Tribe Called Quest frontman is planning on releasing three solo projects claiming “That a new seed has sprouted”.

AlGoRhythms, Riotdiaries and The Last Zulu are the titles of the music projects he has been working on since 2020. His last album Kamaal The Abstract was suppose to be released in 2009 but his record label shelved the project.

In reference to the new music Q-Tip says, “It’s gonna be me straight up and down … I’m coming with that boom-bap, unrelenting, lyrical, thoughtful, edgy, street, I’m just gon’ put it all in compass,” he said at the time. “So I’m really excited about it. It’s called The Last Zulu. And it’s gonna be a thing, so I’m looking forward to it.”
