(GEMS RADIO)—The 1975 are sharing their second single “Happiness” off their next LP Being Funny in a Foreign Language, which is due out October 14.

Lead singer Matt Healy said this about the new single: “Happiness” is like… there’s literally loads of us in the room on that track. Locked eyes… doesn’t really have much structure. It came through like jamming. And we haven’t done that in like years. So we just wanted this record to be really like a captured moment and not be too constructed and even produced that much…. We did it in like a day or so. And it’s us having fun. And I think that there’s this real desire in art to see something remarkable with as little technology as possible.”

The band worked with in demand producer Jack Antonoff on the new album. The band has announced tour dates that coincide with the release of the new album below.

Rick Ross Allegedly Denied Entry at the Buckingham Palace

Rick Ross is not a happy man. He reports that he was turned away from Buckingham palace despite being a famous rapper. The 46-year-old William Leonard Roberts II says that he clearly explained to the queen guards who he was but he has still turned away. He however de-escalated the situation by not fighting for ‘his right.’ Some hip-hop fans think that if it was Wiz Khalifa, the outcome would […]
