(GEMS RADIO)—The Chainsmokers have released their new single.
The song called “High” was teased by the duo on January 7. The video show the duo jumping off skyscrapers and such.
The song has a hint of guitar making it electric punk friendly. The Chainsmokers, Alexander “Alex” Pall and Andrew “Drew” Taggart, stated this on twitter: “High” is officially OUT NOW and we are beyond pumped for you to listen to it.”
The song’s chorus goes: “Why? You only say you love me when you’re high/It’s like we go through the same shit every night/Oh, why? Oh, why?”
The duo admitted they needed some time off before creating some new music. They haven’t felt this way about new music since their first album. Their fourth effort is done according to them and will be released soon.
