The 2022 Grammy Award nominations have finally been unveiled. Tyler The Creator, Nas, Drake, J. Cole and Kanye West have all been nominated for the Best Rap Album category.

Last year, Nas took home the trophy for Best Rap Album for his “King’s Disease” album after beating out D Smoke, Jay Electronica, The Alchemist, Freddie Gibbs and Royce Da 5’9.

When it comes to Best Rap Performance, Baby Keem and Kendrick’s “Family Ties” are up against Cardi B’s “Up”, J.cole, Mooray and 21 Savage’s “My Life,” Megan Thee Stallion’s “Thot Shit” and Drake, Young Thug and Future’s “Way 2 Sexy.”

The favorite for the Grammy this year is Lil Nas X with five nominations for Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Melodic Rap Performance of the Year, and Video of the Year categories.

The 64th Annual Grammy Awards ceremony is set for January 31st 2022
