DJ Khaled has announced to his fans that he will release his new album on 26th August 2022. Dubbed “God Did”, the album features singles from rap icons such as Drake and Lil Baby. The album launch follows the recent launch of an album by Drake called “Honestly, Nevermind” which has lit up the hip hop scene.

Lil Baby, Drake, and DJ Khaled Have Worked Together

To give fans just a taste of the GODDID album that will be released on the 26th of August, the first single dubbed Staying Alive will be released this Friday the 5th of August. It features Lil Baby and Drake and reminisces one of the many connections between the famous rap author and Lil Baby where “You Stay” and “Every Chance I Get” bangers were produced.

Drake has been close to DJ Khaled for years. He recently had lunch at Khaled’s house and referred to it as a family dinner.

While announcing his Twitter handle, the record executive, author, and record producer invited his fans to pre-save or pre-add the link to the album on his Instagram page.

“Win with us…or watch us win!” he wrote to prop up enthusiasm from fans.

About the Album

The GODDID album entails singles such as “POPSTAR”, “Greece”, “I’m On One”, “For Free,” and more singles. The thirteenth studio album will also feature Jay-Z hits.

Hip hop artists can only hope for the best for the album once released, especially after Wiz Khalifa flew off the handle when DJs failed to play his album at an LA club. It is reported that he ranted, screamed, and cursed at the DJs as partygoers watched in disbelief.

However, DJ Khaled’s 13th album is set to be successful. Some of his major albums include, Major Key, Suffering from Success, We the Best Forever, and I Changed a Lot.
