(GEMS RADIO)- On May 31, Latto shared the news of the upcoming collaboration on Twitter. Cardi joined her in executing the challenge that listeners have come up with since the track’s release in April.

“Put It on Da Floor” Remix With Cardi B

“I put it on da floor, and now, I’m about to put it on the floor again.”Remix this Friday!” In the video, Latto is heard saying this as she takes a plastic bag off a person’s head to reveal Cardi.” Rip the plastic off of her. She has been acting fresh and new.”

Latto and Cardi B’s new song resulted from their first official collaboration. The two have always respected one another, and Latto once claimed that the only thing that influenced her presentations was a past Cardi performance.

Latto Admits She Admires Cardi B’s Work

I participated in Rolling Loud Miami in 2018. In an interview with Audacy in 2022, Latto claimed, “I was one of the openers. “It was 3 p.m. and sweltering hot as hell, but I waited until the very end for Cardi B to perform, and I stuck around in the scorching sun because I was like, “Nah, I wanna watch Cardi perform. It was entertaining with the choreography and dancers.

“She had me entertained to the point where I wasn’t caring about the heat or being on my feet all day,” she continued. I found entertainment. I then seized upon that and said, “You know what? I want to perform like that as well.

Latto Speaks Of The Lessons She Has Learnt Since She Got Famous

In other parts of the interview, Latto also discussed lessons she has discovered since her meteoric climb to the limelight.

She said, “I’ve learned not to be so hard on myself.” I second guess everything and the songs or words that I second guess are well received by the public. Don’t be too hard on yourself, is the message. Still enjoyable and I get to get up, do whatever I want, and make whatever comes to mind. That’s enjoyable, and that’s its allure. So, avoid making it into a job.
