Beyoncé Announces the “Renaissance” world tour, with the First Tickets Auctioned for $50,000.

(GEMS RADIO)- Since the superstar singer’s seventh studio album was released earlier this year, Beyoncé fans eagerly awaited news of a Renaissance tour. The awaited Beyoncé “Renaissance Tour” is set to finish in the summer of 2023.

 

Last month, rumors that Beyoncé was searching for stadiums for a summer 2023 tour spread. The Beyhive began bracing for Bey’s first tour in years, with no official announcement. Beyonce last traveled with her husband, Jay-Z, on their On The Run II Tour in 2018.

The much-anticipated Renaissance Tour was finally revealed on Saturday, October 22. Beyoncé and Jay-Z were present at the occasion organized by Tina Knowles-Lawson, the singer’s mother, and her husband, actor Richard Lawson. All happened at the WACO Theater’s 5th Annual Wearable Art Gala in Santa Monica, ending the rumors.

 

Online video of the occasion revealed a concert package for the Summer 2023 tour, priced at $20,000. “2 First Class International United Airline Polaris tickets to various cities. Plus, 3-Night hotel accommodations at a Marriott Property. The package includes two concert tickets and a led backstage tour with Tina Knowles-Lawson.

The gala serves as a fundraiser for WACO’s artistic and mentorship initiatives. A bidding war sprang out after fans dug deep for the tickets, pushing the entire lot far above its value. A bid for $45,000 is seen in a video from the auction. The item must have sold for a stunning $50,000.

 

Blue Ivy’s Bid

 

Beyoncé, Jay-Z, and their daughter Blue Ivy attended the event as a family. The ten-year-old decided to participate in the auction. She made a significant bid on some jewels. Blue Ivy jumped out of her chair and waved her paddle. she placed an $80K bid on a set of Lorraine Schwartz diamond earrings.
