(GEM RADIO)- In a recent sit-down with the metro UK, the black-eyed peas leader claimed that Beyoncé’s break my soul remix was entirely his idea. In this sit-down, he discussed the upcoming season of the voice UK where he is one of the prominent judges.

“It Was My Idea” Will-I-Am

He claimed he first heard Bey’s number one hit while traveling in France. He then contacted an electronic partner who had been experimenting with a remix of the song, which he then forwarded to Beyoncé’s team.

” They weren’t thinking about remixes until I sent it,” he said. “they put out a remixEP, and my song’s the first one on it, and I inspired it! I can’t find the word for it. It’s like Santa Claus is real, man.”

The four-track “Break My Soul” remix EP features revamps from Will. I .am Chicago house icon Terry Hunter, honey Dijon, and new Yorks Own Dj Nita Aviance. The release was followed by a “Queens” remix of the track that interloped Madonna’s 1990s smash hit “Vague.” It paid tribute to the pioneer black females such as Aretha Franklin, Robert Flack, Grace Jones, Erykah Buda, Janet Jackson, and Diana Ross.

The Flip

In addition, the 16 songs in the album all charted on the Billboard Hot 100, and its second-largest sales week occurred in 2022.

Besides landing a spot on Beyoncé’s remix EP, William spent most of 2022 styling his own unique Mercedes AMG, which he dubbed the “Will. I.AMG.” “THE FLIP” was its nickname. In addition to being a chance for underprivileged children to work on it, the new model is supposed to honor the AMG GT 4-Door Coupe.

The musician, 47, most recently made headlines online when he revealed to Hip Hop Confessions in July that he doesn’t enjoy the songs of Biggie or 2Pac.
